This move comes as Lawrence E. Kurzius, the current CEO, transitions to the role of Executive Board Chair after successfully serving in the position for over seven years.
Notably, alongside his promotion to CEO, Brendan Foley has also been elected to McCormick & Co.'s board, with immediate effect. This decision reflects the board's recognition of Foley's remarkable contributions and his proven ability to lead the company towards continued growth and success.
While stepping down from the CEO position, Lawrence E. Kurzius will assume the role of Executive Board Chair.
