Atour Lifestyle Holdings Limited (NASDAQ: ATAT) reported first-quarter 2026 results above expectations, supported by hotel network expansion, higher retail revenue, stronger net income, and continued growth across its lifestyle platform.

Atour Lifestyle is a China-based hospitality and lifestyle company operating hotels, manachised hotel brands, and retail products through its Atour Planet business.

The company reported EPS of $0.48, above estimates of $0.37, representing a 29.7% earnings surprise. Revenue came in at $407.54 million, above estimates of $358.97 million, with revenue growth of 55.2%.

Atour reported net revenues of RMB2.81 billion, or about $408 million, up 47.5% year-over-year.

Hotel Operating Metrics Improved Year Over Year

Atour reported first-quarter ADR of RMB427, up from RMB418 a year earlier.

Occupancy improved slightly to 70.6% from 70.2%, while RevPAR increased to RMB312 from RMB304. The sequential decline in occupancy and RevPAR versus the prior quarter shows some seasonality, but year-over-year hotel performance remained positive.
