Clinical and Product Updates Continued

The company also presented late-breaking findings from the FRACTURE trial for the SEISMIQ 4CE Coronary Intravascular Lithotripsy Catheter.

The company repurchased approximately 40 million shares through the program.

The buyback helped support EPS growth and reflects continued capital return activity alongside product and pipeline investment.

Guidance Issued

For full-year 2026, Boston Scientific now expects net sales growth of about 5.5% to 6.5% on a reported basis.

Organic net sales growth is expected to be about 5.0% to 6.0%.

The Bigger Picture

Boston Scientific delivered another solid medical technology quarter.

Sales beat expectations, adjusted EPS topped estimates, Cardiovascular remained a key growth driver, and regional performance was broad. The company also continued to invest in structural heart, electrophysiology, and minimally invasive technologies while completing a $2.0 billion accelerated share repurchase program.

The key question is whether Boston Scientific can keep converting product innovation and clinical progress into sustained organic sales growth.
