Donegal Group Inc. (NASDAQ:DGICA) and (NASDAQ:DGICB) have declared an increase in its regular quarterly cash dividend, according to a statement released today. The company's board of directors announced that the Class A common stock will receive a dividend of $0.17 per share, while the Class B common stock will receive $0.1525 per share.
The new dividend rates will be payable on May 15, 2023, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on May 1, 2023. This represents a 3.0% increase for Class A common stock and a 3.4% increase for Class B common stock compared to the previous quarterly cash dividend rates.
