Guidance Raised

PodcastOne issued fiscal 2027 revenue guidance of $68 million to $75 million.

The company also raised adjusted EBITDA guidance to $8 million to $10 million.

Management said growth will be driven by PodcastOne.AI, content licensing, advertising, strategic partnerships, distribution expansion, and potential targeted M&A.

Balance Sheet and Operations

The company also eliminated all junior debt, strengthening its balance sheet.

Operationally, PodcastOne said it expanded its content portfolio, strengthened creator relationships, renewed flagship shows, and advanced to a top seven ranking among U.S. podcast publishers.

The Bigger Picture

PodcastOne delivered a stronger operating story in fiscal 2026.

Revenue hit a record, adjusted EBITDA turned meaningfully positive, quarterly losses narrowed, and guidance points to continued growth in fiscal 2027. The key question is whether PodcastOne can keep growing ad revenue and content monetization while maintaining the cost discipline that drove adjusted EBITDA improvement.
